Who are we?
After spotting a growing trend for remote working, our Director, Jane, formed Virtual Assistant Whiz to assist directors, managers and entrepreneurs with the kinds of tasks that were cutting into their day and preventing them from driving their businesses forward.
Now, we operate an ever-growing network of elite VAs who can support ambitious companies in all kinds of ways. These talented professionals cover a multitude of industries and skillsets, and their knowledge, experience and faultless work ethic ensures our agency can cater to the needs of any business, regardless of its size or scale.
We specialise in supporting Executive Board members by providing personal assistance, administration and project management services that are flexible and fully tailored to their own requirements. Though we’re based in Essex, England, we have the tools and the flexibility to provide board-level executive assistance to companies across the globe.
We adopt a professional, fully focused approach to every project, and it’s our unwavering commitment to going the extra mile for our clients that has established us as one of the most trusted and talked-about VA companies in London, Essex and the South East of England.
Our services can be provided on an ad-hoc or regular basis, and all costs are finalised before the project commences to ensure complete transparency.

My role became increasingly busy and my responsibilities increased whilst operating in high pressure, high volume scenarios often with set deadlines. Jane took on PA responsibilities for myself and other members of the team and Jane showed a great aptitude and multi-tasking capability.
